Welcome to Utah Game Rentals LLC. By renting our equipment, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Agreement
This Rental Agreement ("Agreement") is made between Utah Game Rentals LLC ("Provider") and the renter ("Renter"). This Agreement governs the rental of equipment listed below and any additional items provided.
2. Equipment
The Provider agrees to rent any of the following equipment to the Renter:
- Poker tables with LED lights and drink cup holders
- Poker tables
- Poker chip sets (300-piece and 500-piece)
- Texas Hold'em mats
- Roulette mats
- Any other gaming equipment provided by Utah Game Rentals LLC
3. Rental Period
The rental period shall commence on the agreed start date and end on the agreed end date as specified in the rental order confirmation.
4. Payment
Rental Fee: The Renter agrees to pay the Provider a rental fee as specified in the rental order confirmation.
Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of $100 is required at the time of delivery. This deposit will be refunded upon the return of the equipment in good condition.
Payment Terms: All payments are due before the start of the rental period. Payment methods accepted include [list payment methods].
5. Delivery, Setup, and Retrieval
Pickup Option: Renters may choose to pick up their equipment from our location at no additional cost.
Delivery Option:
- Within 10 Miles of Herriman City Center: $25 delivery fee.
- Outside 10 Miles: $25 plus $1 per additional mile.
- Delivery Area: We do not deliver outside of Salt Lake or Utah County.
The Provider will set up the equipment at the location specified by the Renter. After the rental period, the Provider will retrieve the equipment.
6. Use of Equipment
The equipment is provided for entertainment purposes only and must not be used for any gambling activities involving real money. The Renter agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
7. Prohibited Use
The Renter agrees not to use the equipment in any publicly accessible area where its use could be misconstrued as gambling. Any use of the equipment for real money gambling is strictly prohibited.
8. Liability and Indemnification
The Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Provider from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from the Renter's use of the equipment. The Provider is not responsible for any illegal use of the equipment or any activities conducted by the Renter or guests.
9. Care of Equipment
The Renter agrees to take proper care of the equipment and return it in the same condition as received. Any damage to the equipment will be deducted from the security deposit. If the damage exceeds the deposit, the Renter will be responsible for the additional costs.
10. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least one (1) days prior to the start of the rental period. Cancellations made after this period may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the rental total.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah.
12. Changes to Terms and Conditions
The Provider reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will become effective upon posting.

By renting equipment from Utah Game Rentals LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
