Refund policy

Once the rental period has started and gear is being used, there will be no refunds.

The Renter agrees to take proper care of the equipment and return it in the same condition as received. Any damage to the equipment will be deducted from the security deposit. If the damage exceeds the deposit, the Renter will be responsible for the additional costs.

Cancellations must be made at least one (1) days prior to the start of the rental period. Cancellations made after this period may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the rental total.
