What types of games do you offer for rental?

We currently offer poker tables and poker chip sets for rental. Our inventory includes high-quality tables with LED lights and drink cup holders, table top mats, as well as premium poker chip sets in various quantities. More inventory added soon, if you have any requests please let us know!

What is included in the rental package?

Each product has a description that shares more details on what's included. Example, our poker table rental package includes a 10-person poker table with LED lights and drink cup holders. Our poker chip set rentals include either a 300-piece or 500-piece set of high-quality poker chips depending on your selection.

Isn't gambling illegal in Utah?

Real gambling, yes. Game night with your friends though... nope. By renting from Utah Game Rentals you agree to adhere to local laws and acknowledge that there will be no real money involved... Utah Game Rentals is not a casino or gambling company. If you have any questions on how you can legally host a casino night and still have fun, please reach out! 

Most of our customers have their guests turn in chips at the end of the night for raffle tickets for a chance to win a prize or prizes. 

It's important to adhere to local laws and do your research.

Do you offer Delivery & Setup?

Utah Game Rentals provide delivery, setup, and pickup services for all our rentals for an additional fee. $25 within a 10 mile radius of Herriman City Center, with an additional $1 per mile outside.

We will deliver the equipment to your specified location, set it up for you, and pick it up after your event.

You're welcome to pick it up at our location free of charge.

Is there a security deposit required?

Yes, we require a refundable security deposit. For some products, that is included in the price of your rental. For more expensive and premium items like the 500 piece chip set and LED poker table, the security deposit will be an additional 1X the price of your rental. i.e. if you paid $60 to rent the table, you will have an additional $60 security deposit. This deposit will be refunded to you upon the return of the equipment in good condition. Deposits are refunded back to the original form of payment and typically reflect back in 3-5 business days.

Do you offer dealers?

Not at the moment. If you're interested in paying us a bajillion dollars, we'll consider! That said, we do provide some cheat cards for players to understand odds and how to play Texas Hold 'Em, Blackjack, and Roulette. This is meant to be a night with your friends/family. Not a night some stranger in your living room counting down the minutes until he/she can pack up and go home leaving you wishing and wanting more.

What happens if the equipment is damaged during my rental period?

If the equipment is damaged during your rental period, please notify us immediately. The cost of repairs or replacement will be deducted from your security deposit. If the cost exceeds the deposit, you will be responsible for the additional charges.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be made at least one (1) day prior to the start of the rental period. Cancellations made after this period will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of your rental purchase. The remaining 50% will be refunded back to you.

How far in advance should I book my rental?

We recommend booking your rental at least two weeks in advance to ensure availability, especially during peak times. However, we can often accommodate last-minute bookings, so please contact us to check availability.
